As with all SEEN products, our Leave-In Conditioner’s non-irritating and non-comedogenic (won’t clog pores) formula is safe for sensitive and acne-prone skin. It features a few of Dr. Rubin’s favorite ingredients, such as plant-derived hemisqualane (C13-15), a natural alternative to silicone. We also included squalane for plant-based moisture that enhances softness and shine, strand-reinforcing ceratonia siliquia extract from the carob tree, horseradish tree-derived moringa oleifera for hair protection against UV rays and pollution, and bisabolol for its skin-soothing benefits.
And the results are in… SEEN Leave-In Conditioner reduces frizz by 69%[1] and reduces breakage by up to 76% after a single use.[2]
As we continue to spread the word that haircare is skincare and bring new products to life, it’s also important for us to understand why our customers purchase SEEN. We want to keep delivering the hair and skin benefits everyone has come to expect, so we surveyed customers who have placed three or more orders. Here’s what they had to say.
Why our customers first bought SEEN
All of our scented and fragrance-free products are safe for sensitive and acne-prone skin—and fragrance-free SEEN is safe for eczema-prone skin. Beyond these skin-friendly benefits, we asked our customers about all the reasons they initially decided to give SEEN a try.
- Fragrance free: Before SEEN, fragrance-free haircare that actually supports skin and hair health was hard to come by. In our survey, almost 84% of respondents said they use the fragrance-free SEEN, which has received the National Eczema Association’s Seal of Acceptance™.*
- Safe for sensitive, acne-prone, and eczema-prone skin**: We hear from customers who have struggled to find haircare that works for their hair and skin. We’ve lost count of how many have said SEEN is a game-changer for their sensitive and acne-prone skin, and how much fragrance-free SEEN has helped their eczema-prone skin.*
