What is Auto-Shop & Save?

SEEN’s Auto-Ship & Save program is an auto-replenishment subscription service to make sure you never run out of your favorite SEEN products.

Is Auto-Ship & Save for all products?

Auto-Ship & Save is currently available on all SEEN Shampoo, Conditioner, Styling, Serum, Face and Body products. It is not available on accessories such as the SEEN Scalp Massager, Scrunchies and pumps. Subscription availability is subject to change.

What replenishment frequency should I select for my subscription?

We recommend reading your Replenishment Guide to make the best decision based on your hair type, hair wash schedule, styling regimen and personal preferences.

Do I need a SEEN account to subscriber?

Yes, you must have a SEEN account to manage Auto-Ship & Save. If you do not have a SEEN account, an account will be automatically created for you when you place an Auto-Ship & Save order. Alternatively, you can create an account at https://helloseen.com/a/account/.

Will I receive notifications?

Yes. Before your upcoming subscription order is created, you will receive a reminder email. This is your last chance to adjust, skip or cancel your next order.

Additionally, you do not need to be opted into email marketing to receive the following transactional emails: 

  • New Subscription Created
  • Upcoming Order/Billing Reminder
  • Update Next Order Date

How do I manage my subscription?

Log into your SEEN account at https://helloseen.com/a/account/ to manage your ‘Auto-Ship & Save’ subscriptions. You will receive an email reminder before each shipment to make any of the following adjustments:

  • Skip next order
  • Send order now
  • Edit products
  • Edit frequency
  • Edit shipping information
  • Edit billing information
  • Apply discount code
  • Cancel

How do I update my payment method?

  1. Log into your SEEN account at https://helloseen.com/a/account/
  2. Naviage to ‘Your Subscriptions’
  3. Click ‘Edit’ next to ‘Billing’ 

Your subscription requires a valid payment method. If none is on file, or the current payment method is no longer valid, your orders will be skipped until your payment method is updated. You will receive an email notification if your payment method is no longer available.

What if I move or need to change my address?

  1. Log into your SEEN account at https://helloseen.com/a/account/
  2. Naviage to ‘Your Subscriptions’
  3. Click ‘Edit’ next to ‘Shipping Information’ 

Please note: you must adjust your address before the next shipment deadline.

How do I cancel my subscription?

  1. Log into your SEEN account at https://helloseen.com/a/account/
  2. Naviage to ‘Your Subscriptions’
  3. Click ‘More’ to access the option to cancel 

To avoid being charged, you must cancel before the next shipment deadline. All cancelled orders are subject to our cancellation policy.

Is there a deadline to update or cancel my subscription?

Yes. Before your order is created, you will receive a reminder email. This is your last chance to adjust, skip or cancel your next order.

Shipping, Discounts & Pricing

When will my subscription orders arrive?

You will receive an email before your order ships. All orders are subject to a 1-2 business day processing window before shipment. Please expect 5-8 business days for delivery once shipped.

For international orders, delivery times will vary depending on location, however please expect a longer delivery window to countries outside of the US.

Can I return a subscription order?

Yes, our typical return policies apply. Visit https://helloseen.com/pages/shipping-and-returns to learn more.

Can I use discount codes or SEEN loyalty points on subscription orders?

Discounts cannot be applied. However, you can apply SEEN loyalty points on your subscription orders. 

When you place your first ‘Auto-Ship & Save’ order, you may redeem your SEEN loyalty points at checkout when logged in at: https://helloseen.com/account/login?checkout_url=https://helloseen.com/pages/rewards. 

Once the page loads, you will see your points.

Select "Redeem Now", and then select the amount of points that you would like to redeem. A discount code will be generated for you according to the number of points that you chose to redeem. Please ensure that you select to copy the code by pressing the copy icon (it looks like two overlapping squares).

To apply point on repeat deliveries, you must navigate to:

  1.  Account
  2. Your Subscriptions
  3. Apply Discount Code

Do samples, promotions or gifts apply to subscription orders?

Any current promotions or free gifts at the time of subscription signup may be applied to the initial ‘Auto-Ship & Save’ order only if the promotion terms and conditions state that these orders are eligible for the promotion.Recurring subscription orders will not receive promotions or free gifts. As a thank you for subscribing, every second ‘Auto-Ship & Save’ order comes with a free deluxe sample (while supplies last).

What happens if the product price changes?

Typically, the original price you subscribed to will be honored, even if there is a product price change. However, this is not guaranteed. If price changes do impact any future ‘Auto-Ship & Save’ orders, you will receive an email notification with the option to adjust or cancel your order before the price change goes into effect. 

Please note that a previous price is only active as long as the subscription is active. Once a subscription is cancelled, or a product is removed from a subscription, previous pricing will be forfeited and the current product price will be applied to any new subscription orders.

Can I earn SEEN loyalty points on my auto-Ship & Save orders?

Yes! You will earn points on your initial ‘Auto-Ship and Save’ order. On recurring orders, you will earn base loyalty points based on your member tier.
