Please expect delivery on all orders from 5 - 8 business days.

With each order you place, you’ll receive a confirmation email that allows you to check the status of your order through your online account. Please expect delivery on all orders from 5 - 8 business days.

With every order placed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email complete with tracking number (if supported by the carrier) that allows you to track the whereabouts of your order.

Please note that it often takes the service carrier 24-48 hours to scan a package and then update the tracking information within their system. Rest assured that your order has shipped and is on its way to you! You should be able to see an update within 2 business days of shipment.

Returns

We love the hair products we make and think you will too! Please note that it can take 2-3 weeks of consistent use to enjoy the full hair and skin benefits of using SEEN.

As hard as it is for us to imagine, if you don’t enjoy your first purchase of a SEEN product, we offer free returns within 30 days of receipt.

We’ve partnered with Happy Returns to make the returns process easy. Please visit our returns portal to start your return:

Please note that we do not provide refunds or exchanges on:

  • Purchases of Liter or Eco-Refill products
  • Repeat purchases of a product, i.e. only the first purchase is eligible for a refund or exchange
  • Shipping fees

If you are new to SEEN or purchasing a product for the first time, you may want to consider trying a sample, or getting one of our minis, to see if you like it.

We do NOT accept returns or refunds on SEEN Liter or Eco-Refill products because these items are for users of SEEN who know the product works well for them and prefer a more cost-effective and environmentally friendly way to purchase their favorite shampoo and conditioner.

On all international orders (including Canada) the above policies apply, but we do not offer free return shipping.

Customers will be responsible for carrier fees to reroute orders for which incorrect shipping information is provided.
