Returns

We love the hair products we make and think you will too! Please note that it can take 2-3 weeks of consistent use to enjoy the full hair and skin benefits of using SEEN.

As hard as it is for us to imagine, if you don’t enjoy your first purchase of a SEEN product, let us know. We offer free return shipping on sealed SEEN products for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt.

Please note that we do not provide refunds or exchanges on:

  • Purchases of liter products, e.g. Shampoo, Conditioner, Deeper Conditioner;
  • Repeat purchases of a product, i.e. only the first purchase is eligible for a refund or exchange;
  • Shipping fees.

If you are new to SEEN or purchasing a product for the first time, you may want to consider trying a sample, or getting one of our minis, to see if you like it.

We do NOT accept returns or refunds on SEEN Liter-size products because these items are for users of SEEN who know the product works well for them and prefer a more cost-effective and environmentally friendly way to purchase their favorite shampoo and conditioner.

On all international orders (including Canada) the above policies apply, but we do not offer free return shipping.

Customers will be responsible for carrier fees to reroute orders for which incorrect shipping information is provided.
