"I’ve been using vanicream products and they are nice and no itchy bumps, but the shampoo didn’t lather very well and I didn’t realize until I started using seen, that it made my hair very flat and dull. Seen makes my hair so fluffy and shiny. I do love it. I tried the lightly scented shampoo and conditioner, but it still seemed to make me a little itchy and my back to break out, so switched to the unscented and so far my back isn’t worse and looks to be getting better"

An absolute nightmare - please do not buy

"This is the worst shampoo I've ever used. Seen's quality control is absolutely deplorable. You might get a bottle that's okay or you might get one that is OVERLOADED with acrylates which is essentially microplastic that will remain in your hair indefinitely as well as all over your body. I don't know how it's possible to mess up the ratio of acrylates in a shampoo - what's going on during manufacturing? I have washed my hair several times, washed my hands so many times since I first used this new bottle and can't get rid of this glue-like residue. And I only used this new bottle ONCE. I've been itching and reacting to it since and if you have sensitive skin and can't use many products to scrub it off, you are out of luck. My hair feels plastic-y especially when wet, it's completely coated. I'm extremely disappointed and frankly, furious at this brand for this nightmare I now have to deal with. Please do not risk buying this product."
